Tokenized stock rewards.Cashback worth having.

The AXIS card is your way in: rewards paid in real tokenized stock, and cashback offers you only get holding one. Spend against your position without ever selling it.

— the one card that works across all four. Every other card on this page belongs to one company and wears one colour.

01 The deck

Four cards.
And the one
they all sit on.

At rest it is one card. Scroll, and it is five. The card on top is 's own — the one that touches all four — and underneath every one of them is the same rail: issuing, payments, tokenized assets, dividends, and rewards that get spent.

The card across all four

Solid frame — shipping, or being built. Dashed frame — a design.

One of these is in a hand today. The badges here are literal — a concept is an idea we have said out loud, and that is the whole of the claim.

02 What pays you

The cards are what you hold.
These are what pay.

Tokenized equity exposure runs on the rail underneath every card. Hold the token, and the dividends land on‑chain — then the card spends them.

  • TSLATesla

Marks belong to their owners and appear here because the rail carries tokenized exposure to them. Prices live on the product, where they can be live.

03 Access

It ends in your hand.

A token becomes a card, and the card becomes a tap — a coffee, a haircut, a table, a room. Every card here ends the same way: in somebody's hand, at a counter, buying something ordinary.

Tap. Card, terminal, done — the same two seconds as every other card in the drawer.
  • Tapping the ZERA card on a reader at a cafe counter
  • Paying for coffee with the card
  • Paying at a barber shop with the card
  • Paying at a bookshop counter with the card
  • Paying at a florist with the card
  • Paying at a food truck with the card
  • Paying at a market stall with the card
  • Paying at a hotel desk with the card

04 Tokenized rewards

The asset earns.
You get paid.

This is the engine under every card on the rail. Hold the token of a real asset class, take a share of what it earns as an on‑chain dividend, and spend that share with the card in your pocket. Same loop every time, pointed at a new asset class.

01

Hold

You hold the token of a real‑world asset class. The chain records what you hold and how much of it, and that record is the answer.

02

Earn

What the asset class earns is shared with the people holding it, on‑chain, as tokenized dividends. Revenue share, paid to a wallet.

03

Spend

Rewards land on a card. They stop being a balance you look at and start being lunch, fuel and a flight.

04

Settle

Every one of those steps is a transaction. Anyone can look it up — you, your accountant, a stranger with a block explorer.

Where this runs today. The full engine is live on ZERA: tokenized public‑market exposure, dividends paid to holders on‑chain, and the ZERA card. Every product on the rail runs that same engine on a different asset class — a jet fleet earns, a season of seats has a value, a hull earns — and the people holding it take their share the same way ZERA holders do today.

05 The card

The card that touches all four.

Every other card on the rail belongs to one product and wears one colour. This one runs across all of them, which is why it is the only card here allowed the whole spectrum — and why it is a design rather than a thing in a pocket.

06 The five

Four products.
One of them is in your hand.

Every product on the rail ships its own card and its own brand. Here is what each badge means, so every line on this page reads literally.

Tokenized stocks, and the dividends that come with them.

Hold tokenized exposure to public markets. Dividends are paid to holders on‑chain. The ZERA card turns those rewards into spend. Live on Robinhood Chain.

JETR

Private aviation

In build

Sky cards on‑chain, and a share of the fleet.

Private aviation runs on membership and pre‑bought flight hours — a sky card. JETR puts that card on‑chain, so the hours and the membership you hold are a verifiable record you can move. And a flying fleet earns: holders share the revenue it books, paid the same way ZERA pays its dividends.

Flight hours, membership, and a share of the fleet
Holders receive
A share of what the fleet earns, paid on‑chain

SZN

Sport & seats

In build

Hold the season. Win the seat.

Sport is sold in seats, and the good ones move through a queue you will lose. SZN puts the season on‑chain: hold SZN, and on‑chain rewards buy spins at real seats — a season ticket, an away day, a place at the game. The SZN card spends whatever is left.

The token represents
A season‑long claim on seats and rewards
Holders receive
On‑chain rewards, spent on spins at real seats
Status
Under active construction

Charter & hulls

A fraction of the hull, and a share of the charter.

A yacht is already sold in fractions and in charter weeks — the paperwork is just slow and private. The concept is to represent that fraction on‑chain, so ownership is checkable and a transfer takes an afternoon, and to route the charter revenue the hull books back to the people holding it.

The token would represent
A fraction of a hull and the charter weeks on it
Holders would receive
A share of the charter revenue

Where it stands: the idea, and this paragraph.

07 The assets

Real tickers.
Real addresses.

The tokenized stocks a ZERA holder already earns and spends against. Each one is a token at a published address — paste it into any explorer and check it without asking us first.

Six of 194 tokenized stocks and ETFs on the chain as of 20 August 2026 — alongside 561 assets in total. Holding pays dividends on‑chain; the card spends against the position without selling it.

08 Why on‑chain

Two things stop being a matter of trust.

Verifiable ownership

A holder checks what they hold themselves, straight from the chain, at any hour. The record lives somewhere outside our reach — which is the whole reason for putting it there.

Verifiable payouts

A payout is a transaction: a hash, a time, an amount. You can confirm it happened, and so can somebody who has every reason to doubt us.

On‑chain settles one question: what you own, and what it paid.

The quality of the asset itself stays a judgement — ours first, then yours. What changes is that the record of it is checkable by anybody, at any time, including years later.

09 The card

The object at the end of every card.

Rewards that live in a wallet are a number. Rewards that live on a card are groceries. The card is what turns a tokenized asset class into something that touches an ordinary day.

10 The object

Turn it over.
It is the same card underneath.

One body, one chip, one rail. The face is the part that belongs to whoever ships it — and that is the whole architecture, in an object you can turn over.
